Harvest Barn Inn

The Harvest Barn Inn is a charming, casual, affordable place to stay in Southern Vermont, close to New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Built in 1881 and perched on a ridge above the Connecticut River in the village of Bellows Falls, the Harvest Barn Inn has served as a refuge for travelers for nearly 40 years. The inn retains its personality and many 19th century details like its hand-cut pumpkin pine floors, while also offering our guests modern amenities like newly-updated bathrooms, smart TVs, and mini splits in every room. We take pride in having a small footprint. We’re solar-powered, our heating and cooling system is all electric, and we endeavor to serve food grown and raised within 25 miles of our front door. We offer gorgeous views, peaceful and cozy rooms, and delicious breakfasts – all for about the same price as a standard hotel. We also host whole inn buyouts for families and friend gatherings, event rentals, and creative retreats.
