The Vermont Crafts Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the vibrant visual arts community in Vermont. Governed by a board of seven Vermont artists, the council provides professional development, networking, and advocacy opportunities for artists, artisans, galleries, and art centers throughout the state.

With over 250 members, including artists, art centers, galleries, and teaching artists, the Vermont Crafts Council showcases the diverse and high-quality work of Vermont artists in various mediums such as clay, fiber, fine art, book arts, glass, jewelry, metal, and wood. Through their annual Fall Open Studio Weekend and other events, the council offers the public a chance to engage with and appreciate the rich artistic talent that can be found in Vermont.
