Please note: Our farm store is self-serve ONLY Mon-Sat 10-4. Our caramel is available for purchase at our store. Caramel is made Mon-Fri and you are welcome to walk over and see caramel being made through the viewing window, however please keep in mind our staff is not available to give tours. Crafted on our homestead in Brookfield, Vermont with fresh, local milk from our neighbors at Vermont Creamery, our award-winning goat's milk caramel sauces, based on the Mexican confection cajeta, are meticulously hand-stirred to velvety perfection. We are a family-run business that has spent the last eight years mastering the art of goat's milk caramel making, focusing on traditional cooking methods and using a small number of simple, all-natural ingredients.
