We will open Saturday, May 18th at 11:00 AM. Restaurant and Ice Cream Stand is a family owned, restaurant/ice cream shop with cooked to order food, delicious bakery items and ice cream in Brattleboro, VT. Our family has been in the food service industry for over 40 years. We opened Fast Eddie's in 2008 and since then have become a Brattleboro icon, drawing customers from near and far. In the summer of 2018 a dining room was added for inside seating, allowing us to stay open year round. So what is Fast Eddie's? A small family owned business that serves a full menu including burgers, hot dogs, fries, and the best lobster rolls in the area. We serve fresh seafood-scallops, cod/haddock and whole clams daily. We serve over 30 flavors of some of the best regional ice cream available the creamiest creemees around.
