I'm new to the area and I've tried a couple of the classes at this studio so far. Kathy has been so helpful in class and very friendly. Great vibes, good energy, and an excellent workout!

I love this small studio close to the waterfront. Their BarSculpt classes are addicting! The instructors are kind and helpful. I have found exercise I love!

Kathy helped me get in shape over three years ago, and the studio just keeps getting better and better. Barre classes rock here. It's locally owned and fantastic. Just go.
