HistoryEven before her first professional certification in 2009, Kayla was a student of the human body-how it moves, responds, adapts, balances, connects. Yoga has a sly, clever way of leading one down a path of organic growth. For Kayla, it led to mastery of, aerial dance, partner yoga and modern dance, meditation and Reiki. The experience of how her practice of these disciplines connected her with her own body motivated Kayla to obtain formal training so she could teach and continue to learn about the human body and how it functions. Now a certified Rolfer, Kayla will expand her ability to recognize and correct structural and functional patterns that inform how the body works in motion and in fixed states in relation to gravity.SpecialtiesThrough Rolfing, Rolf movement and yoga, Kayla helps her clients restore physical well-being so they may be at ease in gravity and find support through fascial connection and energy with Reiki.
