I had a dead battery but they didn't have the right size that day. They got me the right fit very quickly from their other branch. Customer service is decent.

Terrible customer service, I stood at the counter and watched 6 people employees just chatting with each other and no one me as a customer. I SAT there and looked at them then just walked out ....

Very personable staff and more than willing to answer questions without making me feel like a dummy. John F must have been unlucky or grumpy. I couldn't havce been treated better!!
