I bought a ratchet that had a lifetime warranty . Use tool and it fell apart, went to store to replace it, and sales person told me, don't know anything about tools or lifetime warranty. Come back...

Wife went in today for some windshield wipers. Supposed to get free install. The clerk was rude, made her find the parts herself, and refused to install since it was raining. Would not recommend...
