Zane Williams, PA-C | Pediatric Physician Assistant

William Tyler Franklin (Ty) was born in Castledale, Utah, but moved to Ogden at an early age. He graduated from Ogden High School and Weber State University and currently resides in Ogden. Ty attended Butler University located in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he received his medical training resulting in as Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. Upon returning home to Ogden, he worked as a Physician Assistant in the department of Cardiology and Electrophysiology at McKay-Dee Hospital for four years and also spent four years working in Family Medicine and Urgent Care for Midtown Community Health Center and Intermountain Healthcare.

Jason attended the Medical College of Georgia and graduated with an M.D. in 2003. After medical school, he was trained in Pediatrics at The Ohio State University and Columbus Children’s Hospital. Dr. Church is currently a Pediatrician at Ogden Clinic and has certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation.

Jeff did his undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Utah and completed his Physician Assistant degree at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. Jeff is a member of UAPA and AAPA. Jeff and his beautiful wife Shari have five wonderful children of their own. He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and anything outdoors. He is an avid sports enthusiast and is willing to 'talk sports' anytime.
