Featuring the finest quality, naturally DRY AGED beef (the way Grandpa used to do it), fresh pork, chicken, seafood, deli meats & cheeses, and personal service with a smile from our old-fashioned meat cases. Many customers love to come in to buy quality beef that has rich flavor and is not stuffed full of the hormones, additives, etc.. Like grocery store meat. With our small town atmosphere, we can spend more time with our customers giving them the best advice for their selections. We have friendly faces who are eager to help you. We also carry flour from Cortez Milling, Adobe Milling Beans and Redmond Salt. DRY AGE does mean that the meat turns darker. We stand by meat being aged, not fresh that grocery stores serve to you from the packing houses.

Bought some steaks here for a cookout and they were all amazing, The prices were pretty cheap too considering the quality of the meats. Totally recommend if you are in Moab.

We stayed in Moab 6 days and shopped here twice! We bought ribeye steaks (twice) ground chuck, bacon and their famous beef jerky. Everything was high quality and delicious.
