Customer service took almost 3 hours trying to figure out my problem but couldn't. Went to this location and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service and great staff

Why does it say closes @ 7pm but always closed by 6:50. Is it laziness or company policy to close up at least 10 minutes early? Hahaha

My father is in his 70s and after they let him set up service 3 days later they suspended it said he has to find the person who used to live here and get them to call and pay their bill before...

The people in the Layton store were nice and I would rate them much higher. BUT... No phone numbers are published except the 1-800... number that takes you to the #&$%$#$! computerized service....

Very good and fast service it took like 10 min to wait to get in line but it only took a second to get a modem
