The center s facilities feature private and semiprivate rooms with bathrooms and showers, community areas, gardens, courtyards, and individual and family dinning facilities. It offers 24-hour nursing services and wound care. Additionally, the center provides restorative and family support services. The Avalon Care Center conducts a variety of social activities and excursions. It provides psychiatric services in partnership with Valley Mental Health to people who suffer from Alzheimer's disease and cognitive disorders.
