we got our puppy there and the staff was wonderful! they were a little understaffed so it did take a moment to be helped but it's okay cause we got to bond with our little guy

Very unprofessional and rude staff. If you even so much as give a call to ask some questions they answer with so much attitude and stuck up replies. Seems like a bunch of teens running the place...
