History

Jaden Lynn & Reuben Holdaway (Co-founders of Wasatch Event Services) were both raised here in Utah. They attended and participated in a plethora of weddings. Over time they realized how the bride & grooms' friends and family were typically setting up, running, serving, cleaning and taking down their own weddings. With over four years of experience and passion for event management, Jaden & Reuben wanted to find a way to help families and companies make their special days less stressful and more enjoyable. Wasatch Event Services is the result. They are eager and ecstatic to share their passion for creating beautiful events with you. Instead of having your family and friends work during your special day Wasatch Event Services provides a team who is your extra set of hands. Our team can assist with everything you need help with. From picking up supplies, setting up and taking down, finding a photographer, serving the food, anything you need.

Specialties

Wasatch Event Services specializes in executing the day-of responsibilities for corporate events, parties, and weddings. Particular tasks can range from rental pick up, set up, serving and restocking the food, take down, drop off, etc. We are your extra sets of hands for whatever you may need.
