History

VanDam Construction was created because there are many voids in the new construction market. For example, when a big builder prices out a home, they do it with the least expensive, least quantity, and least quality materials. They're counting on the fact the client will need to upgrade everything. This gives the builder the opportunity to make a lot of money on marking up materials and labor throughout the building process and the client ends up with a much more expensive bill in the end. At VanDam Construction have low overhead and we will work with you through the design phase so we can price your home the way you want it! We will build in proper allowances so the client can get the best products such as: cabinets, flooring, plumbing, fixtures, tile, custom finish work, and many more. Our goal is for you to have very few upgrades and to do that we will price it right the first time!
