The Governor's Office of Economic Development maintains the Procurement Technical Assistance Centers, which serves several small-sized businesses. It administers rural development and film commission programs. The office serves the aviation, aerospace, life science, software development, defense and financial industries. The Governor's Office of Economic Development is governed by the State of Utah.
