They never answer their phones no matter what time you call, it instantly goes to an answering service, if you leave a message they never call back, very frustrating.

Treated well and respectful. They were my drs between my primary care and surgeon. Colonoscopies are no fun but the doctors made it ok. Office staff was really nice!

Horrible experience here. The general staff is OK, but the doctors are insensitive, arrogant, they don't listen. Dr. Pugh is especially childish. They want you in and out cattle call style.
