The automatic car washes are always out of order. I've now called 3 times to try and get a refund (or some other compensation) for my $15 car wash that I was unable to use but I can't get through...

We got the premium wash. Super unimpressed. When we came out of the wash my car was STILL DIRTY. I probably won't be back to this business again. Its really unfortunate.

Most of the machines don't work. None of them accept cash but they have a change machine which doesn't make sense
