The Utah Association of the Deaf (UAD) is a dedicated organization that champions the rights and interests of the Deaf and hard of hearing community in Utah. With a commitment to preserving Deaf history and culture, UAD offers various resources, events, and volunteer opportunities to foster community engagement and support.

Noteworthy in its legacy, UAD made history with Elizabeth DeLong as the first Deaf female president, breaking barriers for women in leadership roles within the Deaf community. Today, Ashli-Marie Grant serves as the current president, continuing the tradition of advocacy and representation for Deaf individuals in the state.
