Eventually, I began clinical training and practice while continuing research of stress and cardiovascular conditions. Dr. Spivak is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases. She established and serves as Co-Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs at University of Utah Health and the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Healthcare System.
