You think you'll be able to go in and grab a pretzel pretty fast and easy. The truth is it takes so long to order and even longer to get it. And it's not worth the wait. I feel bad for them...

So good!! They make your pretzel right in front of you so it is very fresh! Came in on a Saturday afternoon and there were about 6 or 7 people in front of us and so we were there for about 15...
