The fire alarm goes off like once a month and you have to walk down 5 flights of stairs at 3 AM and stand outside in the cold until it's clear to come back in. Once a month is ridiculous

The hidden fees are ridiculous. The Manager is rude and disrespectful. It is not an active community for 55 or older. It's now turned into an insisted living atmosphere.
