Group Classes are offered to large groups, or to small groups on the Pilates equipment. Reservations are recommended for group classes on the Pilates equipment to ensure your place in class (4 students max), most other group classes do not require reservations. Drop in any time. The class schedule changes at the beginning of every month (if you have a paper schedule, make sure it is current.)
