Dr. Ghosh completed her medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine. She then completed her Pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center followed by a Pediatric Hematology and Oncology fellowship at the University of Minnesota. During her fellowship, she received additional training in Clinical Research through the Masters in Clinical Research program at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She then went on to join the faculty and become a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where she practiced for two years in pediatric oncology. Dr. Ghosh is currently an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah and is in the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. She is a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma team and the Oncology Lead for the Vascular Anomalies Clinic at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital. Dr. Ghosh is board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Ghosh’s clinical interests include care of children with leukemia and lymphoma, and she is well versed in caring for children with other childhood cancers. She is also interested in the long-term effects of diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancer. Her research interests include improved care for survivors of childhood cancer, and how lifestyle characteristics can impact diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancer.

Jane Porretta, M.D. is a board certified general surgeon specializing in breast surgery. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI graduating with honors. She completed her surgical training at the University of Utah School of Medicine. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Dr. Porretta's focus is on the surgical treatment and diagnosis of breast cancer. She served as medical director of a community breast center before joining the Huntsman Cancer Institute breast cancer team. Dr. Porretta has been instrumental in bringing new techniques and technologies in breast surgery to the University of Utah/Huntsman facilities. She has supported clinical research enrolling patients in appropriate clinical trials from all Huntsman clinical locations. Though Dr. Porretta has a special interest in breast surgery, she has extensive experience in general surgery practice. She has been operating for over 25 years performing laparoscopic and open surgical procedures including gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, abdominal procedures, subcutaneous and soft tissue mass excision,lymph node surgery, and placement of intravenous access ports. Dr Porretta has a busy general surgery practice at the University's South Jordan Health Center.
