On the road to Moab this is not a bad pit stop. They offer a lot of healthy sandwich options. My family enjoyed their caprese sandwich. The bread was especially noteworthy - a pillowy ciabatta....

This is a great place in Price Utah, and it's on the way to the airport from Moab. We were here for lunch on a weekday around 12:30 and we had the restaurant to ourselves. I ordered an Avocado...
