We are closed for the 2020 season, see you all in March of 2021, stay safe! We opened up our first food truck in Vernal, Utah in 2008, then expanding into a Taqueria also in Vernal, Utah. You can see all of our reviews and photos are mainly from this location. In 2017, we closed our doors in Vernal, Utah, because we wanted to move a little closer to home (Colorado). Today we have a food truck in Moab, Utah and a restaurant in Montrose, Colorado which we just opened June of 2020. Our authentic Mexican food is what has kept us in the food business for many years. Check it out for yourself!
