Mark helped mold a few sore spots out of my boots at a reasonable cost, wish I had done this several years ago. Only took about 20 minutes.

So painful, had new liners and insoles built at park city. Went back 3 times to fit properly. Decided to trash them and ski with old liners after 3 days. Refund policy is come back to re-adjust....
