​The International High Diving Institute was founded to develop the sport of high diving and give others the opportunity to experience the thrill of it! IHDI partnered with Utah Olympic Park to construct the United States first high diving training platform. The platform haas nine take-offs points: 3, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15. 17.5, 20, and 27 meters.
