History
This complex consist of 50 townhomes, plenty of parking, and an onsite playground. There are two layouts to choose from standard (1200sqft) and large(1800sqft). Both models are 2 beds, 1.5 baths, 3 level townhomes. Some units include finished basements and/or vinyl fenced in back patios. Rent includes some utilities and two reserved parking spots. We are dog friendly only, no breed restrictions. We have no monthly add on fees!

They need new management that is honest. They will try to extort money from you and then even charge you for things that you have nothing to do with.
