Horrible Customer Service... Flagpole arrived damaged.. Told me to file a claim with UPS and it was not their problem... So I did.. UPS will only communicate with the Shipper of a damaged item....

They claim that they're flag pole kits are rated to withstand "up to category 1 rated winds", as stated on their website. This is completely false, as I have had the "Stand Pole Kit" base section...
