Had just their ribs at a fair. They were alright a bit on the dry side even the middle portions. They finish their ribs with a vinegar sauce which really perks them up but easily overpowering....

BBQ that shows up at Maddox Chicken and various fairs and also caters. Best BBQ around....sauce needs to be bottled and sold to masses! Love, love, love! Just wish they had a restaurant nearby....
