History

In 1959, Kean Farrer placed an ad in the paper for tax preparation in the Orange County California area. He was teaching high school accounting and business law in Anaheim CA. He quickly established a reputable tax practice. His father Clarence Farrer, who always owned his own business, also joined the tax preparation ranks. He believed in growing a business by delivering excellent service, and taking personal interest a client's well-being. Clarence passed away in 1978. Kean's tax practice continued to grow, adding bookkeeping and payroll services until 1989 when he retired. Kean passed the tax practice to his son, Kory Farrer. In 2006, Kory, and his family, moved to Utah. The Utah practice is growing quickly. Kory travels frequently during tax season to meet with the equally expanding California clientele. The practice still services clients that started in 1959. Kory also works in international finance for a multi-national Fortune 100 company.
