Yeah all the reviews are accurate! Avoid this place at all costs. I drove 9 hours got in at 10pm no key in my box, have another 9 hour drive tomorrow!!what a NIGHTMARE!!!! No answer for 1.5 hours...

Worst check in I have ever seen in my life... will never be doing this again. They want travelers to fill out a pdf... how do you do that if your traveling without a computer and printer? What madness
