SJ Karate, also known as Seleny Joanne Karate (SJK), is a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate and self-defense in a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment. With experienced instructors who work with individuals of all abilities, SJ Karate empowers students to develop martial arts skills, self-confidence, and discipline.

Proud members of the Amateur Athletic Association -Karate AAU and the United States National Karate Federation, SJ Karate competes in official championships and events, earning numerous medals and trophies nationally and internationally. Founded in honor of former Junior Karate Champion Seleny Joanne Crosby, SJ Karate focuses on promoting traditional Japanese Karate-Do and nurturing new champions in the martial arts community.
