We visited Tropica and searched for a restaurant and it was a great choice, the food was great, the live music, the service was awesome and we got an all-in-one American resturant

Showdowns offers flame broiled steaks, ribs, shrimp, fish, chicken, salads, soup, hand pressed burgers and more. The restaurant isn't far off from Bryce Canyon. It's a bit hard to see, but it is located after the pedestrian bridge in the parking lot. Unfortunately, we were too early for the live music, so...

Burger was overcooked. Flat Iron steak was so fatty we couldn't hardly eat it. Need more wait staff. Sorry I was disappointed after I read good reviews. JC
