Scott Hall

Dr. Kaput was born and raised in a rural community in southern Michigan. She earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Georgia and was employed at the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center in Athens, Georgia before attending medical school. She received her medical degree at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan and later completed her residency at National Jewish Health with Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. With a desire to continue to receive superb training and explore her personal hobbies in the mountain west, she then completed Endocrinology Fellowship Training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her career goal is to provide high quality, personalized, endocrine care with an emphasis on preventative health and management of chronic illnesses.

Dr. Camille Moreno specializes in the care of midlife women. She addresses conditions including perimenopause, menopause, and related syndromes with a focus on individualized hormone therapy, bone health, and sexual wellness. Dr. Moreno is specialty trained in the management of menopausal symptoms for patients and survivors with high-risk breast cancer. Her clinical focus extends to osteoporosis management, treatment of vulvar dermatoses, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Susan E. W. Cochella, M.D., M.P.H., is a board certified family medicine physician who specializes in full spectrum care for patients of all ages. She received her medical degree from the University of Nevada, completed residency at the University of Utah, as well as a faculty development fellowship and master’s in public health. Her professional interests include the care of children adolescents and young families, patient centered care prioritizing mental and emotional health, health and workforce policy, leadership skills, and education.
