Michael A. Zimmerman, MD, is a transplant and hepatobiliary surgeon specializing in liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation. His interests include clinical outcomes in solid organ abdominal transplant, and mitigating preservation and reperfusion injury in translational research. Gwendolyn Cook is a 2nd year Pediatrics Resident. Dr. Cook cares for children in the newborn through adolescent periods at the South Main Clinic. She completed her medical degree at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. She plans to work as a general pediatrician after residency, hopefully in the Salt Lake City area. She cares for children of all ages and has a particular interest in preventative care, development, adolescent health, and caring for underserved populations.

Dr. Giavonni Lewis is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Utah Hospital and Clinics. She received her general surgery training at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. Her specialties include acute burn care, burn surgery and reconstruction. Additionally, she has formal training in surgical critical care with an emphasis on trauma.
