The Canyon Rim Care Center, a part of Avalon Health Care, is a more than 110-bed facility. Avalon Health Care is a privately held Utah holding company. It provides physical therapy and rehabilitative services through its ancillary service company, Brighton Rehabilitation. Avalon Health Care coordinates with seniors and their families to provide services that support independent living. It also develops personalized plans for seniors that provide required assistance without losing the support networks of home and family. What an absolute trash of a elderly care facility. The place is not kept well, especially the kitchen. It is in disrepair, and the dietary manager Francisco is not worthy of the role. He doesn't...

This is a great place! I had to find somewhere for my wife's grandmother when her dementia progressed beyond our capability. They were very welcoming and the nursing/CNA staff really understood...
