Normally the staff is so helpful and professional here. Today, the store was supposed to open at 9 and it is 9:25 with no one in sight. I feel like that is very unprofessional.

4 stars because sally's overall is a nice beauty supply company. The store is well organized, stocked and clean. They also offer lots of choices from a large variety of products. Not 5 stars...
