Chaufa rice was too sweet. They should tell you, I tried many but never sweet. Aji de gallina, no authentic at all just taste like butter. No spicy sauces. Lomo saltado was the only decent dish .

Stopped by for lunch and it was delicious. The chicken was fantastic and I had the arroz chaufa it was soo good. Fries were perfect and all the different sauces were way good.

I had the vegan bowl which is pretty basic. Peruvian food is mainly chicken so not their fault, but I wished it had a little more than just rice, beans, plantains, and avocados. Decent flavor....
