we put in a 20 dollar bill and the machine only gave us 20 coins of 0.25 dollars !!!! The machine doesn't give out the tickets. We lost $15 !!!

No Pod detergent allowed. I used it anyway, not going to be forced to buy over priced detergent. $4.75 Wash $3.75 dry is the cheapest options. The run time on both machines is only 30 minutes....
