History
I started in my living room in MN. I spent 8 years in Phoenix area teaching yoga in studios and offering in-home private sessions and Thai Bodywork. I recently returned from Nicaragua where I established my own yoga studio and training center for 5 years. I have been recognized by people from all over the world for my competence in yoga teaching/therapy and Thai Bodywork (aka massage)
