Great wash but why can't they pre treat the right side too? My car doesn't get dirty on just one side? Should I go through backwards? That's all

I did the wash, it had spots all over the hood. They let me go through again, still wasn't clean at all. They then told me the roller won't go down because of roof rack and they would give refund....

Really enjoy having unlimited car washes each month! My results are always excellent with my white car. I have heard from others that different color paint can show scratches from going through...

The manager does not answer emails nor help when the car wash had destroyed a panel on my car. Do not expect help from the quick quake customer service team either.
