The manager on site, Kendra, has been absolutely fantastic! Their corporate office however, leaves a lot to be desired. We had our unit for 8 years, and got a 9.5% price increase every year....

Be ready for them to jack your price up every renewal. Started at $67 and ended up at almost $350 by the end of it for a 10x10 LEAKING unit.

will raise rent. your stuff will get stolen. Avoid. The insurance is a joke. One of the biggest mistakes I've made was paying for a unit here.
