Prego cafe is in my local library (Weber county library, southwest branch). They have such a large menu for such a little cafe! There was one gentleman running the cafe. My food was ready quickly....

Truly a hidden gem. It's a bit pricey but the food is amazing!! I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Prego Cafe is in the lobby of the southwest branch library. They serve breakfast and lunch and are open 10Am- 5 or 6pm depending on the day. There is a great selection of pastries, pinsa, salads...
