History

While Studying Dance at BYU Brian spent time with Kathy Thomas doing personal Pilates instruction and focused on efficient and correct kinesiological movement. He continued on to study Massage Therapy and Structural Bodywork at UCMT and spent time working in the UVU training room doing efficient sessions to return athletes quickly to their craft. At Elevate fitness he studied different forms of nutrition to reach fitness and maintain fitness. Kristy Studied Dance, at BYU, with an emphasis on injury recovery, prevention, flexibility and health improvement. When she realized flexibility and core training were not enough to recover she studied Massage therapy at UCMT, mentored with energy release, delved into holistic nutrition and became a Certified Practitioner in Ida Rolf's Method of Structural Integration. Together we work to help you come to healing, balance, mobility, wellness and freedom to accomplish your goals with efficiency and fulfillment.
