Company History Owner/Executive Chef Arlan Gagestein (former Deer Valley Resort Chef) opened Peddlers Restaurant & Catering Company in 2003. In the summer of 2009, Arlan and his wife Melissa recreated Peddlers to focus solely on catering in order to better meet the needs of their clients and their family life. From the Owners We really enjoy what we do and appreciate the working relationships we have established with our clients in creating wonderful and memorable events. Our flexibility has allowed us to provide unique services such as sushi on skis, catering on snowmobiles, gluten free weddings, and traditional ethnic fare ...just another day at the office for Peddlers Catering. We love a challenge! Most of all, we love to see the excitement and satisfaction of our clients on a job well done.
Peddlers has developed many wonderful menus for a variety of events, and can also customize menus to fit your taste and style. (Corporate, weddings, BBQ, cocktail, open house, box lunches) Everything is prepared with the freshest ingredients, and we make our own salad dressings, sauces and seasonings. We offer attention to detail, and can work within a range of budgets. All menus can be tailored to your individual needs, food preferences (including vegetarian, vegan), or food allergies (gluten free, dairy). Our staff are professional and courteous, and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
