The ladies that work there doesn't speak English so them doesn't explain or understand what you want, the sign at the board say $12 dollars for a child hair cut but she charged my son hair cut $17...

There's no point on getting an appt they won't respect it, if a friend comes in and you had an appointment they will take the friend and not yours and they also take very very long
