HORIBBLE. I had an appointment for 2:30 and was not even seen or talked to for an hour after checking in. It's horrible customer service and a waste of time.

If I could give them a 0/5 star rating I would. I work with WorkMed a lot for drug screen verifications and I have to call them over and over again for help, they have never gotten it with one...

It shouldn't take this long to pee in a cup and have your name written on it especially when most people show up ready to give a sample. I couldn't hold it any longer and had to use the bathroom...

Slow as snails. Receptionist don't read the paperwork fully so you end up spending way more time waiting for something you don't need. Get your stuff done at a regular lab.

Came in for a drug screen for new job waited for 2 hours having to pee the whole time. other patients came in after and got in first! when I asked they said they made mistake, pissed me off.
