Today we ate at the saloon. We opened with or Pork belly bits - this is a genius tasty plate of crispy bits with a tangy sauce. Fantastic. I had a brisket and hamburger burger with an onion straw...

The museum is amazing and the food at the Saloon was great! Highly recommend! Spend time in the museum to see some great history!
